letterhead: Paper that has the company logo and address.
He wrote me a letter of recomendation on official company letterhead.
out to lunch: To be away eating lunch ( i.e., not in the office)
Bob is out to lunch but should be back soon.
have a look: To go and look for something, to search for.
Liz: I can't find my glasses.
Tim: Have a look in the kitchen. I think I saw them there.
supply cabinet: A shelf with doors where supplies are kept
We keep extra pencils in the supply cabinet.
