Good Morning everyone. It looks like we have an eager crowd today for our faculty development meeting so let me get right to our guest speaker. I am sure she is the reason so many of you are here today. For those of you that don't know, our featured guest, Michelle Brassier, is the founder and president of Top Peak Charter Schools, a chain of Charter schools operating in the greater metropolitan area. Her schools and educational methods have recently been featured in several local and state newspapers, mainly for her school's ability to raise academic achievement in impoverished urban areas. Ms Brassier will talk about a little about her company's success and how we might implement her methods here at City High. Now, with no more further ado, here is Ms Brassier.
