To whom it may concern,
I purchased new kitchen cabinets on September 23, 2009 from your company. I am very pleased with the quality of cabinets, however, two of the doors have major scratches that must have happened during the delivery process. I have already ordered to new doors to replace the faulty ones.
I understand that shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks but I am working on a tight schedule and would like to request a rush order so that I can finish the project in a timely manner.
I feel I am justified in asking for your company to waive any extra fees associated with this order and the delivery since I was not responsible for the damage of the merchandise.

We do our best to ensure that our cabinets are delivered free of defects, but occasional accidents are inevitable. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I will pull your order and schedule a delivery at soonest date possible free of charge. Unfortunately, because of the holiday coming up, the order will probably not go through until the beginning of next week. When you receive the replacements, please be sure to inspect them before the driver leaves to avoid any further delays.
